We offer an end-to-end fulfilment service, so once your customer places an order with you, we take over and ensure it gets to them safely, leaving you to do what you do best - create. We ship around Australia using various carriers and even offer a premium delivery service in our own fleet of vans. We can even ship around the world, so no matter where your customer is, they can enjoy your artwork and you can rest assured that it’s been reproduced to an incredibly high standard.

DOMESTIC

Send your artwork around Australia

Using the Australia Post and Courier network, we can ship your artwork around Australia, so you don’t have to worry about logistics. We have sourced rigid cardboard to provide extra protection when transporting, and we even have an option for a heavy duty carton, which is virtually indestructible. Once booked, we share tracking data with your customer so they are kept up to date with the arrival of their purchase.

Further utilising the Australia Post and Courier network, we can ship your artwork around the world. Using our rigid mailing tubes for prints or our premium heavy duty carton for framed works, you can rest assured your work will arrive safely after its long journey. Tracking data is shared with your customer so they can keep track of their purchase.

PREMIUM

Our door to door artwork transport service

Using our fleet of vans, we regularly deliver along to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Northern Rivers. This premium door to door service allows us to safely and efficiently collect or deliver large and valuable artworks to you or your customer. Our drivers represent the Left Bank brand with pride, so your customers' experience is more personal, which is what they expect when making an investment in art.
We partner with highly commended Art Couriers for all other locations.

SHIPPING POLICY

- After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged by Left Bank Art Group.
- We cannot deliver packaged items over 100cm to Post Office boxes.
- Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed. Please make sure if the delivery address is a business, that the business name is supplied. We cannot be responsible for undeliverable items of incorrect delivery addresses.
- Customer phone numbers must be supplied for the Courier to contact if there are any issues with delivery. If phone numbers are not supplied, then we cannot be responsible for undeliverable items and redelivery charges.
- All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Left Bank Art Group is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)
- All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow up to 4 weeks production time.If you require by a specific date please ensure this is specified so we can work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.
- Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2-10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched.
- All orders are dispatched from the Left Bank Art Group workshop based in Luscombe QLD 4207. 

RETURNS POLICY

- We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
- If orders are damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.
- Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.
- Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.
- Please forward all Returns Claims to: kaitlyn@leftbankartgroup.com.au and clearly state the artist name, order number and client name.
