Grand Format Print Production/Rigid Production

Seeking expressions of interest for experienced Grand Format Print operators with proven experience using multiple forms of media. Fabric and canvas printing experience will be highly regarded. This is an all encompassing role and every day will be different as our jobs are all custom in their nature.

Day to day tasks involve but not limited to:

  • Checking of client files to ensure they match job specifications/proofing
  • Scheduling & ensuring all job deadlines are met
  • Producing jobs to specifications
  • Use of RIP software
  • Running of Zund & general finishing of jobs
  • Packing jobs for dispatch & booking couriers
  • Maintenance of equipment
  • Working autonomously
  • Monday to Friday hours but on the rare occasion weekend or overtime  work maybe required
  • Take responsibility to keep your work area tidy & safe for others

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience running wide format print & finishing machinery
  • Understanding & knowledge of substrates, materials & production processes
  • Speed, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment 
  • High attention to detail required
  • Can do attitude
  • Competent with Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software




Seeking expressions of interest for qualified framers. Experience managing a framing team will be highly regarded. Please send images of examples of work with your resume. As a lead framer you will be required to: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop
  • Liaising with customers and/or the in-house framing concepts consultant for custom jobs
  • Assist the in-house consultant and/or customers to understand the colours, design and layout of frames
  • Assessing the value and physical condition of artwork to decide the level of framing required
  • Maintenance on machinery and maintain the operating procedures are up to date
  • Responsibility for workplace health and safety in the framing room
  • Training of new team members
  • Updating system records and documentation
  • Looking for ways to improve their service and framing options

Dispatch Officer

Seeking an experienced dispatch officer. Your day to day role will include the use of shipping software, receiving incoming supplies, attending to customer service enquiries, liaising with courier companies and working with various departments in the company.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience with general administration – goods receivable, pick slips, invoicing
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Stay focused and work well under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Willingness to work as part of a highly motivated team with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in a fast paced fulfilment role highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of Safety requirements
  • Physical capability to undertake manual handling tasks
  • Intermediate level of the Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software
